He considers himself a movement optimist and is passionate about helping people move better and more often, pain and injury free. Seamus has played and coached both basketball and volleyball and enjoys working with athletes to develop their sport specific and athletic skills. When he isn’t slaving away in the clinic, he is playing a sport of some sort, whether it be soccer, basketball, volleyball, golf, or running.
